MeJa Realty was established in Hyderabad, Telangana, with a mandate to develop premium residential, commercial, and plotted properties that meet international quality benchmarks. We are not aggregators or brokers — we develop, own, and manage our projects from inception to delivery and beyond.

Today our portfolio spans 6 active projects, over 1,500 units, and covers the full spectrum of property types: luxury high-rises, gated communities, open plots, triplex villas, and landmark commercial developments. 90% of that portfolio is owned and managed directly by us.
